PRICING
All items displayed on the Blissful Glo website for sale state their full retail price. This price sometimes reflects our calculated price based on industry standard. Our sale items will be displayed reflecting the discounted price in the case a discount code hasn't been offered to customers.
Every so often human error occurs and something may not be right. In this case, we endeavor to contact you straight away and adjust or correct the issue. If you notice something that looks incorrect, don't hesitate to contact us directly and we can rectify the problem.
In the instance of an underpriced item advertised on the site, we will contact you and you are entitled to cancel or continue with your adjusted order.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
The customer is solely responsible for the use of their account and all passwords and information attached to the account.
The customer agrees that all information supplied on the account that represents your relationship with Blissful Glo Inc. is true and correct.
If Blissful Glo Inc. feels that inaccurate or false information has been supplied or your account has been violated, your account may be terminated by Blissful Glo Inc.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Blissful Glo Inc. strives to maintain a clear level of communication on the site and utilizes imagery to display our available product.
We at Blissful Glo Inc. write our own descriptions on the products. Occasionally there may be a discrepancy with an item or the color of the image etc.
If you are having difficulty with a certain product not being as described, please contact us and return it in new condition so we can process a refund, credit or exchange for you.
The user of Blissful Glo products is solely responsible for determining fitness for any particular use; requesting and reviewing the applicable Safety Data Sheet; and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
SHIPPING
Blissful Glo Inc. is aligned with Canada/US Post who ensures you get the most efficient shipping possible. The majority of door deliveries we do are done to your door steps in 2-5 days, yay!
Blissful Glo Inc. does NOT cover the cost of return shipping. All Blissful Glo items to be shipped/returned to Blissful Glo Inc., 6150 Valley Way #109, Niagara Falls ON L2E 1Y3. Please provide a satisfactory email address with physical address as it is preferable to a PO Box, although we can send to a PO Box if need be. The only time you may experience a delay is during Public Holidays or if there is an unexpected interruption due to weather or a breakdown. Communication with Blissful Glo Inc. is thorough and easy, you will be able to contact Blissful Glo Inc. online and we will respond within 24hrs.

Shipping within Canada: We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
International: We currently ship anywhere in the USA and do not ship outside of Canada or USA.
Blissful Glo Inc. will not be held accountable for the misjudged arrival of items and the stated time frame provides an indication only.
Please be aware that items bought online over the weekend or on a Public Holiday may take an extra day or two for processing and delivery.
We do not accept cancellations once your order is processed.
LOST PACKAGES
If any packages are completely lost in transit during the course of our delivery, we will replace or refund the item.
If you are returning an item which may be faulty, or an exchange, please know that we do not take any responsibility for items lost in the post.
We recommend a track and trace method to ensure this doesn't happen; your item cannot be processed for an exchange or a refund if it goes missing.
The expense of return shipping is that of the customers, your initial order including shipping will be refunded if you are being reimbursed.
2. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you love your Blissful Glo products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason though, we offer 14 days money back guarantee with no hassle returns. You only cover the cost of return shipping.
All you have to do is contact us, ship the product back to us in its original/unopened form and we take care of the rest.
Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply to Blissful Glo At-Home rental services and Blissful Glo/Peeka-Boo! Peeka-Boo! 2D3D4D5D ultrasound services.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
Blissful Glo Inc. wants to assure you that the details you provide are 100% confidential and will not be passed on to any dodgy spam set-up or third party.
Your information will be kept secure and private at all times and we do not keep records of your credit card information.
We respect your privacy and use your information to ensure a smooth transaction from purchase through to delivery.
The details you provide us are used to enhance your experience with Blissful Glo and keep you up to date with the latest up and coming events, promotions and releases. You can disable this option at any time by contacting us.
4. COPYRIGHT
All Blissful Glo photography and marketing content is created by Blissful Glo Inc. and their team of creatives. Blissful Glo Inc. would like to state that all images, text and imagery featured on our website belong to us Blissful Glo Inc. as intellectual property.
Unauthorized permission to copy content from our site may result in legal action. If you wish to copy material represented on our site, please contact Blissful Glo Inc. first, to obtain permission.
5. PEEKA-BOO! ULTRASOUND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
By booking or participating in any ultrasound session provided by Blissful Glo Inc., including in-studio sessions at Align Health Niagara or At-Home appointments, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
Blissful Glo’s ultrasound services (including Peeka-Boo! and At-Home Ultrasounds) are non-diagnostic, non-medical, and intended for bonding, entertainment, and keepsake purposes only.
These services are not a substitute for prenatal care, medical ultrasounds, or diagnostic assessments performed by licensed healthcare professionals.
You confirm that you have already had at least one routine diagnostic ultrasound with your healthcare provider during your current pregnancy.
No Medical Advice or Diagnosis
You understand that no medical evaluations, measurements, or diagnostic services will be provided.
Blissful Glo Inc., Daniel Krenek, and affiliated staff will not interpret medical conditions, identify abnormalities, or provide medical reports.
You agree that you will not rely on the session for medical information and that Blissful Glo Inc. bears no liability for any medical interpretation or reliance on session results.
Image Quality and Limitations
You acknowledge the following:
Obtaining clear, defined, or high-quality images is not guaranteed.
Various factors may affect image clarity, including but not limited to:
Baby’s position or movement
Maternal body composition
Placenta location or amniotic fluid volume
Distance from ultrasound probe to baby
Sound absorption and external obstructions
The best time to capture 3D images of the baby’s face is typically between 28 and 32 weeks.
You will not hold Blissful Glo Inc. liable if a clear image cannot be obtained during your session.
Gender Determination
Gender determinations are offered as a non-diagnostic, entertainment-based service.
While reasonable care is taken, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed, and you agree not to hold Blissful Glo Inc., Daniel Krenek, or employees liable for any misidentification.
It is recommended that gender be confirmed between 18–22 weeks.
Session Guidelines (Align Health Niagara/Four Points Hamilton & At-Home Sessions)
For Align Health Niagara/Four Points Hamilton:
Align Health Niagara - only the expectant mother and one guest may attend the session.
Four Points Hamilton - the expectant mother and up to 10 guests may attend the session.
You agree to adhere to all on-site health, safety, and facility policies.
For At-Home Appointments:
A suitable indoor space must be provided with adequate lighting and a power outlet.
A flat area such as a couch or bed must be available for setup.
The session will be conducted using portable ultrasound equipment brought by Blissful Glo Inc.
Additional time, travel fees, or rescheduling may apply if your location is outside the defined service area (as described at www.blissfulglo.com).
Add-On Services
If you choose to purchase any additional services, digital images, heartbeat animals, or other keepsakes, you agree to pay the prices listed on our website at www.blissfulglo.com.
Use of Images & Media Consent
You grant Blissful Glo Inc. and Daniel Krenek permission to use any ultrasound images or video recordings from your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertisements.
Your name and identifying information will be excluded unless you give written consent otherwise.
Release and Waiver of Liability
By participating in the Services, you:
Voluntarily assume all risks associated with non-medical ultrasound sessions.
Release and discharge Blissful Glo Inc., Daniel Krenek, and all staff or contractors from any and all claims or liability, including but not limited to:
Misinterpretation of ultrasound content
Misidentification of gender
Emotional distress from unclear images
Any decisions made based on ultrasound results
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Acknowledgment & Consent
By booking and attending a session, you affirm that you have:

6. BLISSFUL GLO AT-HOME RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Blissful Glo At-Home Rental Agreement is entered into by and between Blissful Glo Inc. and the Renter, both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Equipment Being Rented
Blissful Glo Inc. agrees to rent Blissful Glo At-Home Video Viewing/Recording Apparatus to the Renter.
Rental Amount
The amount of the Equipment Rental is $150.00 plus 13% Tax per 5 Days (Thursday to Tuesday).
Equipment Cost Disclosure
The full retail value of the Equipment as of March 1 2025 is $7,000.00.
Rental Duration
The Agreement will begin when the Renter receives the equipment and will remain in full force and effect until the Equipment is returned to Blissful Glo Inc. It is agreed that the Renter will return the Equipment in 5 days unless the Agreement is terminated earlier.
Damage or Loss
As permitted given the extend of the law, the Renter will be responsible for risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Equipment from any and every cause. If while in the Renter’s possession the Equipment becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for any and all costs of repair, up to the current value of the Equipment. If while in the Renter’s possession, the Equipment becomes lost, the Renter agrees to pay Blissful Glo Inc. its current value.
Late Return
If the Renter cannot meet the return/drop off the equipment’s deadline the Renter will notify Blissful Glo by phone immediately and will coordinate with Blissful Glo reasonable return/drop off of the equipment to Blissful Glo. If the Equipment is returned to Blissful Glo Inc. after the date and time that the Rental period ends, the Renter agrees to pay Blissful Glo Inc. a charge of $50.00 per day for each day beyond the end of the rental period, until the Equipment is returned. Blissful Glo Inc. is also allowed to subtract these charges from the security deposit (if applicable).
Security Deposit
In addition to these fees listed in the Rental Amount, Late Return and Early Termination, The Renter agrees to pay a deposit of $301.00 with credit card ($1 is a finance fee that will not be returned) and to provide a copy of his/her driver's license at the time this Agreement is executed. The Owner may use this deposit to cover any amounts due under this Agreement.
Equipment Responsibility
The Renter agrees that they will be the sole operator of the Equipment over the term of the Rental, unless otherwise agreed upon with Blissful Glo Inc. The Renter agrees to watch and educate her/himself by watching any educational material provided by Blissful Glo Inc. The Renter agrees to limit the use of the Equipment to max. 10-15 minutes per day during the rental period. The Renter agrees that if anything goes wrong with the Equipment, the Renter will immediately shut it down and contact Blissful Glo Inc. by calling or sending a text to 1.647.768.9732 or by email at info@blissfulglo.com.
Equipment Care
It is agreed that the Equipment must only be used in a proper and careful manner consistent with the Blissful Glo At-Home’s instructions and/or as the Equipment was originally designed.
The Renter is solely responsible for determining fitness for any particular use of Blissful Glo Video At-Home Viewing/Recording Apparatus; requesting and reviewing the applicable Safety Data Sheet; and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
No Medical Advice
The Renter confirms that he/she had a medical diagnostic ultrasound with the doctor. The Renter understands that Blissful Glo Video Viewing/Recording Apparatus is for viewing and entertainment purposes ONLY. It should not replace routine medical diagnostic ultrasound nor checkups and advice from the Renters prenatal physician/midwife. No medical diagnosis will be made in any way and the Renter will not hold Daniel Krenek, Blissful Glo Inc. and its employees liable for any information that the Renter might interpret as a medical diagnosis.
The Renter understands that Blissful Glo Inc. does not guarantee that the Renter will be able to obtain the perfect image of his/hers baby. Some of the reasons why the Renter cannot achieve the perfect image of his/her baby are: the probe is too far from the face/the placenta is in the way/obstructions are not showing in the image/the sound is absorbed by the amount of body tissue and image quality degrades.
The Renter understands and consents to receiving a follow up email in the form of questionnaire from Blissful Glo after the due date and within 6 months of the baby’s birth. The Renter agrees that he/she will answer truthfully and to the best of his/her knowledge within one month from the day questionnaire received.
The Renter understands and agrees that according to leading medical government entities and various private organizations in Canada, USA or Europe, there’s no evidence that ultrasounds harm a developing fetus and that scientists aren’t sure if non-medical long-term ultrasound exposure is potentially dangerous.
The Renter agrees to use the Blissful Glo At-Home Apparatus for the purpose of viewing or recording of fetus for maximum 10-15 minutes per day during the rental period.
Legal Fees
In the event of a dispute resulting in legal action, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees, collection fees and the like.
Legal and Binding Agreement
This Agreement is legal and binding between Blissful Glo Inc. and the Renter as stated above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Blissful Glo Inc. and the Renter agree that this Agreement shall be governed by Province Ontario law.
Entire Agreement
Blissful Glo Inc. and the Renter acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties decide to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.
Blissful Glo Inc. and the Renter agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
At Blissful Glo and Peeka-Boo! Direct, we strive to provide a positive and memorable experience through our non-diagnostic mobile and in-clinic pregnancy entertainment ultrasound services. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with both the experience and service.
By booking and receiving our services, you agree to the following terms regarding feedback, dispute resolution, and public reviews:
Customer Satisfaction First
If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, you agree to contact us directly at [insert contact email or phone number] within 7 days of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to understand your concern and correct the issue where possible. This may include offering a re-scan, partial refund, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Review Delay Agreement
You agree not to post or publish a negative review or rating about your service until you have allowed us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We kindly ask that you provide a detailed explanation of your concern and allow up to 10 business days for us to respond and seek a fair resolution.
Respectful and Honest Communication
We value open, respectful communication. We ask that you engage in the resolution process in good faith. This clause is not intended to limit your right to express truthful opinions or experiences, as protected by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Freedom of Expression Disclaimer
We respect your freedom of expression and do not restrict your right to share honest reviews. This policy simply requests the courtesy of allowing us a fair opportunity to address any dissatisfaction before public comments are made. This helps avoid misunderstandings and promotes fairness for both parties.
Waiver of Liability for Honest Reviews
Once you have followed the dispute resolution process in good faith, we waive any claims against you for expressing honest, factual, and non-malicious opinions in public reviews. However, knowingly false, defamatory, or misleading statements may be subject to legal action under applicable defamation laws.
